Managers are required to supply this information as part of their disclosure prior to entering into a contract with your Association, and annually thereafter. All of our senior managers at Valencia Management Group are certified. They all hold the highest designation available in the Community Association Management field, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.
