Valencia Management Group has transitioned to CIT Bank for payments. Recurring payments scheduled through PayLease, Union Bank, or automatic debit (ACH) have been discontinued as of September 1st. All payments, including bill pay setups, will need to be mailed to the new remittance address below.
Create recurring payments on a schedule that works for you, or make a one-time payment without registration. You will need your association property address and new account number, which was mailed to your address on record as of August 17th.
- Free one-time or recurring payments from checking accounts.
- CIT Bank charges a small fee for credit and debit card payments.
- Recurring payments require one-time registration.
- Your bank account does not need to be with CIT Bank in order to take advantage of this service.

Checks should be made payable to your association's full name, and include your association account number and mailing address.
